Escape the Depression

Im starting to not feel depressed and using this depression to full my ambition and motivation. Ive started going to the gym and its been a wonderful therapy ive lost six pounds in mater of days been going twice a day morning and night. The gym has helped me find my goals and keeps me motivated.

Today i did some leg workout and i wanna share with u guys my leg workout .

1st i started with 15min of treadmill to warm up the body after that i stretched for 15 to complete my 30 min warm up

2nd i did some leg curls and hamstring curls to start using the muscle and get them ready for the work out

3rd i moved on to the actual workout which i did

  • Leg press: 4sets of 20reps (light weight to do more reps to really feel the burn )
  • Squats: 3sets of 15( with weight thats no to heavy but not to light )
  • Leg curls :3sets of 8 reps of some heavy weight to get a good pump
  • Hamstring curl : 3 sets of 10 with decent weight
  • Stiffleg deadlift 2sets of 15 to feel the hamstring really streach (go as low as u can aslong as u dont feel pain keep good form at all time)
  • Weighted lunges: 3 sets reps until failure

Soul

My soul is dark but my smile is bright

For this light hurts my eyes should i put up a fight

I feel so small at such an average height

I wish i was tall and perfect to be her knight

My mind

Demons responds

Hold it in u coward

If u say how much it hurts thell think ur weak

She left cause your a loser

Ofcourse it was ur fault dumbass

U could do nuthing cause ur a freaken looser

You cant sleep becuase u know u messed up dumbass

Most likely someone better came along

Depression

Depression is a topic that so many people can relate to ive recently been going thru some depression. My girlfriend of 4 years and i broke up ive been having trouble sleeping and eating . People don’t understand how strong depression is and there needs to be people that talk and help people going through it. I feel as my girlfriend is going thru some depression aswell because she was on depo provera birth control and she got off of it and then the problems began i hope people understand that depression is a serious thing i havent gotten any suicidal thought but i feel as my reason of living isnt a important . Im currently battling these demons inside me and i haven’t been posting due to lack of motivation i hope theres some people out there that can relate and help. Thanks sincerely ,Ignacio Garcia

Why its important to find a life stlye that keeps u happy!!

Good health and good envirements contributes to a great life style for example having a great healthy breakfast keeps you in a great mood. I’ve always thought i would be successful unfortunately ive been kinda alright having some money but working all day doing some sacrifices but im not depressed or mad and i think its the healthy life style ive been having i have a great breakfast. I start my day with fresh eggs from my chickens and a cup of oatmeals with some hand squeezed orange juice w/ 2 raw quail eggs inside. Ive been trying some homestead ideas such as trying to grow some vegetables, fruits,and herbs , i have also been buying some animals i have gotten some chickens quails and horses i find this lifestlye its very awesome i love animals and gardening im having such a great experience i would recommend it .

In order to have a good success u have to be happy because if u stress your mind is block and doesnt let new ideas flow. Find what makes you happy thats the only way to become successful ive found something that makes me healthy,happy, and ive have gotten new ideas on how to become successful and life has been busy but great. Sorry i haven’t been posting ive been supper busy with work and new business ideas. Sorry for this brief and short and unedited post had to post something thank you guys all ill have great topics and post comimg soon thank you guys i appreciate all the support.

    Working out is a great way to lose stress, weight, and anger. It also helps us be in shape and feel great. Working out also helps us be in better moods and helps have more confident. Here are some of my thoughts on why we should workout

            Hello everybody i wanted to share alittle bit of how i enjoy being more active. Some people get tired of going to the gym everyday. I find diffrent ways to get a nice workout but enjoy it as well i like to go hiking, biking, sports and taking my dog out for walks. These are some pictures of my little adventures and activities.

            I love to go bike riding it feels great to get the wind in my face and enjoy the nice views. I feel bike riding is not only a great workout but also a great way to enjoy it.

            Hiking is a great workout i love it and i also feel like its important to get some nice fresh air. Most of us live our lives working all the time and we dont really get the chance to enjoy beautiful views and fresh air were depriving ourselfs from something great.

            I love my dogs there great hiking partner’s there also great company there like family to me . I always have a great time with my dogs . My dogs are my motivation when im out hiking they literally pull me up the hills there amazing.

            Find a sport u love and do it . Sports are a great way of working out. Sports are a great way to workout and this way your not forcing yourself to do anything you’ll enjoy doing it.
