20 Fat Burning Food
20 favorite fat burning food of mine. These are foods i did a little research on that help burn fat and that i personally use. I’ve created this list for people that need that extra little help on there weight loss journey. These fat burning food is not for everyone please make sure ur not allergic or cant have any of these foods it wont do u any good if these foods affect you. Try combing theses foods with ur eating routing to help the fat burning process.

Great List! Breakfast is indeed so important. No wonder I can’t put on any weight, I consume most of these foods at least once a week, besides grapefruit, plums, kiwi, watermelon, plums and turkey. I guess wild sockeye salmon and avocado is more like once every two weeks (non of that farmed fish crud).

Thank you!! Yes its really important .i had that weight gaining problem before but i wouldn’t eat that much due to work and it slowed my metabolism down alot it sucked now i gain weight easily. ? That’s good though your eating really good thats why its hard to gain weight you should up your protein more and add a little more carbs. Salmon and avocado is great you should increase it more for more protein and calories salmon is great with a great source of omega 3 fatty acids which helps joints the brain and heart

Yuppers! Yeah, I used to have the goal of bulking up, but now I’m happy to stay at a lighter weight, just that much better on the digestion and joints, (though there are definitely some days I could up the calorie intake!)

I always loved bulking up but its better to stay lean. I dont like like the bulk and then lean out again i rather be lean haha . Yes a few more healthy calories wouldnt hurt 😁

Yeah i heard of intermediate fasting helps with weight loss and it also reduces insulin resistance but im not one that likes fasting simply because i love food 😂

Lol I love food and only eat one meal a day, I have never felt better. Been doing it for 3 years, I was 300 pounds and now I am 220.

You need to include healthy calories such as nuts and seed topping and some healthy calories you should try some almonds, sunflowers, fruit, or whole grain and wheat toast.you need to eat nutrient rich food which can build muscle aswell some healthy carbohydrates will help as well. Try to eat more food but not at once spread your meals out but have more meals. You should try body weight work out like push ups,squats lunges, tricep, and dips

I agree with you about the importance of having a good breakfast in the morning. Breakfast, matter of fact, is the most important meal of the day. we know. But we need to be reminded again and again. Tootally! I stopped having breakfast and ate one huuuge meal a day and yep, I gained weight fast. Surprisingly, I spent 10 days having 5 meals a day (never had the chance to be hungry, i felt like I spent the whole day eating, compared to my 1 or 2 meal a day) and I actually lost weight and I was like “wait…how???”

Yeah thats not good breakfast is important and i use to do that because of work but because i didnt have a choice and i gained weight fast and lot and thats great yeah i usally try to have 3 main meals n 3 healthy snacks in between for better digest and to keep my hunger at easy and i feel great. sorry for late response i burly got a chance to

Yep, me too, I started doing that because of work and then it just became habit, bad habit. But yup, I’m also having more meals (less heavy ones) and I can keep my energy levels more constant throughout the day 😀 no worries, no such thing as late response hahaha!! 😉 Have a great day!
